- What if the amount due doesn't match the amount total on my invoice?
If the amount due does not match the amount total on your invoice, you may have made a partial payment over the phone, had a return, or had a credit applied to the invoice. For any questions, please call our Customer Service Line at 1-800-269-4663.
- What if I don't have my invoice number?

- How will I receive confirmation of payment?
You will receive a confirmation email.
- What time is customer support open if I have a question?
Customer Care Hours (Central Time):
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-7:00pm

- Does HDIS save my card information for next payment online?
If you are checking out as a guest, you will need to re-enter your credit card for each future payment. If you are logged in to your HDIS account, your credit card information will be saved in your account and available as a dropdown option for future orders and/or payments.
