For Use with Briefs: Do not fold the wings under, it should fit along the contour of the brief well
For Use with Protective Underwear: Put on disposable underwear up to the knees, fold the white wings of the Liner under and place between the inner leg cuffs, making sure the pad is completely inside the inner leg cuffs
