Medicaid requires that we confirm your order each month. HDIS will connect with you by phone, text, or email (whichever you prefer), before there is a risk of running out.

When it's time to renew your prescription, we'll initiate the process with your physician to ensure you continue to receive supplies without interruption. That is part of our no hassle guarantee to you!

We will work to arrange for resolution of any order concerns and ensure that Medicaid benefits and billing are handled correctly.

We'll be in contact with your physician. Once we've obtained your prescription, an HDIS Personal Care Expert will call you to confirm your order.

We will also stay in touch with you in case of any delays in getting the necessary information from your doctor.

Timing can vary, depending on how quickly your doctor gets the prescription to us and our call with you. Typically, most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the prescription.

We will confirm your order and arrange to have your products shipped as soon as we receive a prescription from your physician.

While we aim to get your order processed as quickly as possible, we cannot ship products until we have a prescription, per the Medicaid guidelines.
