Tranquility Slimline Briefs

I’ve had these briefs when I first started ordering stuff from you guys in 2002. I’m really happy to be using you guys again.
These, and the All-Through-The-Night briefs. Were the two briefs I started out with.

I was worried about the medium not fitting me, and thinking I should’ve went with the large. Especially since I have gained weight since the last time I used these back then.

But, they still fit me. As good as they did before. I was worried after reading the reviews. That some reviewers were saying how they felt small on them.

But, to me. They feel ok. I’m a fairly skinny person. I would only be wearing these at night. Not during the day. Alternating them with my Tranquility Overnight Underwear.

The tape on the end is still a struggle to manage. To make it stick. But, I can work with it. Overall these are good to use.

Fit: Maybe I'm a medium as I ordered a sample package of disposable diapers with tabs. I received the large which states 45-58 waist/hip. I have a 40 inch waist at the highest portion and the large seemed to fit ok and not too roomy. Maybe the medium would have fit better. However, I do not believe a person at the high range of the size chart would fit into the large. I would love to see elastic added to the waist. This would greatly improve comfort and fit. Noise: these are fairly noisy. Wearing a pair of underwear over them helps a bit but still can be heard under shorts in quiet settings and at night. 3 stars

Protection: very good. No leaking after 5 hours during the day and 8 hours at night. I believe that the plastic and the strong tapes helps the protection level. 5 stars
Comfort: I wore these to bed at night and sleep soundly for 8 hours. They make a bit of noise but all plastic diapers do that. These maybe more than others but plastic/poly provides the best protection. Why we wear diapers in the first place, right? Not bulky at all so sleeping on my side was a breeze. The slimline is a tad bit thinner than the ATN version but not by much. 4 stars.

Overall: I gave these 4 stars. Would have been 5 stars except for the lack of elastic at the waist and slight clumping as the day went on. Also as you walk throughout the day the plastic would ride up a bit, same thing happened with the ATN version diaper which could be embarrassing if not noticed and fixed.

we have been using the tranquility slimline briefs for about 4 years now, for our daughter. she has rett syndrome and is complete care for everything. i tried so many brands, none worked until we began using tranquility. the difference is the kufguards, that prevent leaking. we can take her to doctor and therapy appointments and i don't need to bring her an extra pair of pants. i am so grateful to tranquility, i hope they don't stop making this diaper/brief.

I have had a very difficult time finding something that would work for me...I am only 70 pounds my waist measurement is only 14 inches and my hips are 27 (measured over a diaper) anyway the tapes make this very adjustable and I make a couple of folds near the top to make it fit. All the children's pullups I tried were too large in the legs even size small...and since I am in a wheelchair I cannot manage pullups, also my left leg is extremely dystonic. I can do these myself ( I don't have full use of my left hand either)... I actually use the smalls because I am mostly always wet and need more absorbancy. These really work!

Comfortable, no leaks, reasonable price. What else needs to be said?
