B-Sure
The pads sold are for light leakage. If there is a medium or even better high absorbency it would be a better option. Clingit2 can be used anchor the pads?
Not worth the money
These pads do not stay put. They do not have a leakproof backing on them so the leaks go everywhere. You can not do any walking or moving in them. Also, if there was some sort of adhesive it might help to improve the fit.
Joke
These are felt pads. There is nothing to hold them in place (yuck) and they are THIN. Go to a fabric store, buy the thinnest felt you can buy, and make your own, if you think these things will work.

Perfect for my problem
Adhesive brand was sometimes painful and would get wet with urination, causing more pads to be used than were necessary. These are more comfortable.
Work fine
They are easy to remove and don’t come apart like adhesive brands
Flushable
Product works fine and is flushable, but has no adhesive. Depending on your problem might work fine for you
